This question came to mind after reading about Anthony Sowell, the suspect in Cleveland with human bodies found on his property. Police plan to continue searching his three-story home throughout the night. A search warrant obtained over the weekend gave police permission take apart the house brick by brick if necessary, police sources said.

Would the bank that presumably owns the home have any way to protect their interests in the property in an instance such as this?
