I’m doing my dissertation planning and have been unable to find any evidence to agree with the question above, but was wondering if anyone knows for definite.

When I talk about training, I mean teaching of coping mechanisms or preparing for the “horrors” which you may see as a police officer, before they start working full time as an officer.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Police departments may share their resources hope this helps.
The training agencies use role playing scenarios videos lectures and guest speakers as well as other types of education.
