In GA. Can a police officer ride through private property and ask the security guards to show their weapon permits, business license, certifications etc… Please give me case law, or GA. Codes if possible.
The Security guard has his own security company and had an armed guard with him on duty. Both Security guards were patroling the Private property Condo’s where they work 5pm-1am.

I applied for a job that requires me to have fingerprints taken and be checked by police. Im just wondering how long does it take for police to check it and return the results back to the employer?? I hadnt been to any other state so I thought the process would be quick but its not.
