I know it’s happened before, but the man in the tank got himself stuck. If that wasn’t the case, how would the police stop a rampaging tank in city streets? I don’t think there’s anything they could do without putting civilians at risk?

Would a .50 BMG penetrate the tank? Would they risk using one with civilians around?

Ok, so I received a 24-hour suspension, and will most likely be receiving a 15 day suspension. Do police officers scan license plates or anything to “test” vehicles. Can police figure out that you are driving while suspended through any other means other then pulling you over?
