Suspect stole money from safe. He was one of 5 who had combination, but the other 4 persons discovered and reported the theft to police. The suspect was observed many times coming from area where safe was located, the suspect left his actual signature on labels found in safe, hair samples were in safe as well as a contact name of someone who may have helped him, but police will not go further with an investigation because suspect will not talk. How can the police proceed investigating crimes when suspects are informed not to talk with them?
