An aggrivated argument between an ex-girlfriend and a current girlfriend turned physical between them. The guy was at the fight and left. The police were called and a report made. The guy was named but did not make any contact with police. Over one month later, the police call to say they have a warrant for his arrest of assault III.
Is there any time limit?

A police officer lied in his police report at least 10 times, and he has no MVR recording of any of it to back himself up.
Well some of his lies will be surfaced when the request for the booking room videotape is made. The evidence on the booking room tape contradicts what the officer said about the arrest and everything up until I was in the booking room.
