    If its pre-planned then id say that they would have to have a good reason to do so. Otherwise of course. They are the Police!

    Yes they can make you go where they want you to go using no more force than is necessary.

    Police may have to use force is.
    My friend there will come point in any demonstration peaceful or not that force its all about how reasonable that force is.
